fun times with Daddy |
This past week with Jeff home was busy. We had a regular school week, and then a busy weekend. Friday we had a friends children stay the night. A normal Friday would have been busy, but Gigi had an extra cheer practice 2 hours, our pediatrician also wanted to see us, and nathan had soccer. I cancelled our EA for the day because I wasn't sure what time our pediatrician was going to be able to see us, it ended up not happening as he had a patient that needed all if his attention. Kids woke up early and has some play time before Gigi had cheer at 9:30. Nathan ended up with soccer at 2:30.
After Nathan's soccer game we headed to Vancouver to stay the night at the Marriott, we had tickets on Sunday to watch cirque du solei. It was to celebrate Jeff's birthday. When we arrived in Vancouver we went out to eat and had a good dinner at the cactus club, we walked a little around vancouver but it was pretty late. Next day we woke up and had breakfast at the Marriott, it was so good and cheap! kids buffet was I think 5.95, and they made fresh gluten free things for Genevieve! We then went swimming at the pool, got ready for the day, and wandered around vancouver. We drove over to granville island and shopped. And finally it was time for Cirque. We loved it! The kids and I agreed that we liked the other cirque performance we had gone to but, it was still pretty fantastic.
