ART

Jessica, how we love jessica, this week they worked with clay, I think this is both Nathan and Genevieves favourite medium to work with, they started on making some gingerbread houses and some birds.

Cooking

Jeff is leaving on wednesday to start work again...

So I decided I needed to put a bunch of food in the freezer for the days I am too tired and unwell.  Unfortunately with the new addition of crohns it seems to be more, but I do have a GI appt Oct 5 yeah, hopefully he will have some miracles for me.

So after art, I was in the middle of preparing 25 meals to put in the freezer, so instead of doing schoolwork I got the kids to help me for a bit, Genevieve lasted longer then Nathan but it was still very helpful, Jeff had gone into vancouver for some testing

Nathan seems to be dealing with change a little better now, we bought a new coffee table and it arrived today, he did quite well and was not bothered by it at all...

Genevieve

Genevieve has been diligently practicing piano/voice and CSOPA.  It is a lot of work... she is practicing about 1 hour a day, today she practiced probably close to 2 hours.

this coming week

this week looks to be another somewhat busy distracted week, wednesday we will take jeff to the airport, so we wont school that day, as then we have physio after, and Friday will be another day in vancouver as Nathan has a cardiologist appointment.  Maybe some schooling on saturday or Sunday if we dont have early morning hockey games.  I dont have a schedule yet for hockey which is driving me slightly nuts, as I need to plan these things out!
